Serving 12 muffins


Dry Ingredients:
1. Plain Flour x 2 cups
2. Baking Powder x 4 Tbs
3. Baking soda  x 4 Tbs
4. Salt x 1 Tbs
5. Caster sugar x 1/2 cup - 1 cup depends on your sweet tooth

Wet Ingredients:

1. Eggs x 2
2. Melted Butter x 70g
3 Mixed berries x 1cup

Steps:

1. shift flour and mix the dry ingredients
2. Lightly Beat the eggs and mix all the west ingredients one by one
3. Put the mixed dry ingredient to the wet ingredient bowl and mix well
4. Fill the each muffin tin to full

Temperature and time:

Preheat oven 220 C
190C preheat and 18-20 mins

Tips:

Add little milk to mix if the batter is too dry

How to make muffin rise and look like the muffins in cafe: 
1. Don't over mix batter
2. Fill the muffin tin full
3. Preheat the oven to 220C.
