Serving 12 muffins

Dry Ingredients:
1. Self Raising Flour x 2 cups
2. Poppy Seed x 1/2 cup
3. Caster sugar x 1/2 cup - 1 cup depends on your sweet tooth

Wet Ingredients:

1. Eggs x 2
2. Yoghurt x 1 cup
3.Melted Butter x 70g
4. Vanilla Extract x 1 tbs
5. Lemon zest x 1tbs

Steps:

1. shift flour and mix the dry ingredients
2. Lightly Beat the eggs and mix all the west ingredients one by one
3. Put the mixed dry ingredient to the wet ingredient bowl and mix well
4. Fill the each muffin tin to 3/4 full

Temperature and time:

190C preheat and 18-20 mins

Tips:

Add little milk to mix if the batter is too dry
